Gianluca Coccia is the founder of Coccia Construction, bringing a deep-rooted commitment to precision and a hands-on understanding of structural execution. His journey in the construction world began with a strong foundation in surveying, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and a passion for accuracy—skills that continue to shape his work today.
Over the years, Gianluca has contributed to a wide range of impactful projects, including innovative Mass Timber structures with Holzbau, high-rise developments with Bosa Construction, and large-scale pipeline infrastructure with Michels Canada. These experiences have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of diverse construction methodologies and the technical challenges they present.
His expertise spans advanced surveying technologies, sustainable construction practices using Mass Timber, and on-site coordination for complex infrastructure projects. What drives Gianluca is the opportunity to transform ideas into lasting, tangible structures—meeting each challenge with practical thinking, creative solutions, and a deep respect for craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Gianluca’s connection to the physical world continues through open water swimming, windsurfing, and paddleboarding—pursuits that reflect his drive, resilience, and appreciation for nature.
